Exchange & Return FAQ

All sales are final on hair care products. All items that are labeled "Close Out" in their description are non-returnable.

 

WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS?

The terms and conditions for buyers returning or exchange products are as follows:

👉🏾 Defective merchandised by mail within 7 days of the order shipment date.


Requirements on Evidence Submission:

⚠️ Provide a video before and after opening the parcel that supports the return/exchange reasons (failed to do so, request will be automatically rejected)

⚠️ Properly packed the items to be returned to avoid any more damages

⚠️ Photo of the corresponding airway bill (AWB)

 

TKN Store may request further supporting documents if:

⚠️ Submitted evidence is not of acceptable quality. Clear, high-quality evidence must be provided. Evidence that does not support the buyer’s claim will be rejected.

Returns/Refunds due to a change of mind will not be accepted. Please note that the return of specific non-returnable items is prohibited.

Requests that do not meet the store's policy are ineligible for return and exchange.

If you wish to return/exchange an item, make sure that these conditions are met. Please note that the conditions for requesting a return/exchange are dependent on where you’ve purchased your product.

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN OPENED SET?

No. Hair care products are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure the security seals haven't been tampered with. If we find the seals have been tampered with, you will not receive a return or an exchange. If you have any questions or concerns, please email our team info@thekenyattanicole.com.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?

Yes, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. If you are using your own shipping label, we recommend that you send your package with tracking included as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
